Antiques SoJo: What's in Our Attic?

Thursday, September 17 · 10:00 am
South Jordan · More

Museums are community memory keepers. They steward the physical objects, documents, artwork, and archives that a community wishes to preserve. Museum collections are safeguarded, cared for and conserved so that objects remain intact for as long as possible. Collections are made accessible to the public through exhibitions and research requests. The Gale Museum Collection includes pieces that tell the story of South Jordan from the 1850s through the present day. In this exhibit, you will see items from everyday life and major milestones – objects cared for by remarkable people who passed them on to the museum. The Gale Museum is free and open Tuesdays – Thursdays 10am to 6pm, and Fridays 10am to 4pm. This calendar listing is brought to you by NowPlayingUtah.com, Utah’s one-stop, online website for arts and entertainment events, powered by the Utah Cultural Alliance.
