As the sun sets over the pastures, join us for a relaxed, evening celebrating local food, community, and the harvest season. This special dinner features a chef-prepared meal crafted with our own farm-raised beef, paired with fresh seasonal ingredients and served in the beautiful setting of our working regenerative farm. Enjoy a delicious menu including hand-carved Top Sirloin Roast, Marsala Chicken, rosemary garlic mashed potatoes, lemon butter asparagus, artisan breads, and a fresh strawberry pistachio salad.
