The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection presents the Gracie’s Farm Dinner Series, an intimate collection of seasonal chef-led dining experiences set against the Wasatch Mountains. The series highlights peak-harvest ingredients grown at Gracie’s Farm and reflects the natural rhythm of the land from early spring vegetables through summer harvest and into the season’s final preserves and fermentation.
