Join us at the MARC for one last hurrah for “Voices & Votes” as part of ArtWalk! You’ll be able to see how our local Moab “Community Voices” exhibit has grown over the last two months, how the community poem has expanded, and what we’ve learned about our community voice! As always, we’ll have some fun activities and take home projects for you! This event accompanies “Voices & Votes: Democracy in America,” a Smithsonian exhibition that explores the action, reaction, vision, and revision that democracy demands as Americans continue to question how to shape our country. “Voices & Votes” is made possible in Utah by Utah Humanities and local venues around the state. Voices & Votes is part of Museum on Main Street, a collaboration between the Smithsonian Institution and State Humanities Councils nationwide. It is based on an exhibition by the National Museum of American History. Support for Museum on Main Street has been provided by the United States Congress. Visit the exhibition at Moab Arts from June 8 to August 7, 2026 and learn how Utah connects to this national story through local companion exhibits and public programming.
