Saturday, July 11 · 12:00 am
Moab · More

Cataract Canyon through Canyonlands National Park is a journey into a spectacular, remote wilderness. This quality multi-faceted adventure is the ideal balance of serenity, fascination, and exhilaration – it will elevate your life. And this year, we are proud to partner with both Sheri Griffith Adventures, who is outfitting and organizing this exclusive Cataract Canyon trip, and John Weisheit of Living Rivers, who will be the Naturalist on this four-day float. John Weisheit cofounded Living Rivers, based in Moab, Utah, in 2000. In 2002, John became a member of the Waterkeeper Alliance and serves this international organization as the Colorado Riverkeeper. He has been a professional river guide and interpreter of natural and human history since 1980. Since 1990, John has completed about 75 science-based expeditions to assess the long-term impacts of water and energy development on the Colorado River, with a special emphasis on the Colorado Plateau.
