Healthy Living Challenge
The Salt Lake County Healthy Living Challenge is a free, week-long activity designed to help residents explore the outdoors while learning about the many areas of health and wellness. From Thursday, August 27 through Thursday, September 3, 2026, participants can complete activities throughout Salt Lake County, earn points and compete against other teams for fun prizes. Participate with friends or family by creating a team of one to six people. To participate, download the free Goosechase app and search for the challenge using code KN6TP5.
